Personally, I'd like to see imbalanced skills even more imbalanced.
Just make SF last like an hour so there is no need to reapply.
Make RoJ remove all enchants with each pulse, increase damage, and make it poison daze and bleed.
Players may now carry all full PvE only skills bar
etc.
etc.
etc.

but honestly
id love to see something done with rits Sp, it makes me hate my ritualist now
something done with the gawd awful tatics line
moving CoP to mesmers fast casting
and i'd absolutely love to see a new bad ass set of armor for each profession

Im a hardcore gvg'er but tbh, i would really see a nice update to the other arenas this update.

Most likely 1-2 skills from the Rit and paragon lines will get buffed, but the classes themselves (or their mechanics) won't be balanced.
I vote for an all Rit and Paragon update one of these months. That would sort of make up for being ignored all this time.

Warrior's Endurance now gives you a Gift of the Traveler when it ends. Tiger stance turns you into a wolf, Patient spirit gives you +3 manner points after it ends. Executioner's strike is now a 1-hit ko, Assassin's Promise now gives you a third profession. Ex. W/Mo/A.

Starting in with the June update every Tuesday is going to be called "ALL ELITE TUESDAY" You will be able to carry 8 elites across all 10 professions and make the most uber of uber builds.
Let the QQing begin.
BTW... Anet forgot to tell you that all the mobs get the exact shutdown build for your bar too. +200% speed buff and casting/recharge buff... Infinite energy and health.

I am hoping that instead of nerfing things in pointless ways they just make more things viable. The way to balance isn't to take away the flavor of the day it is to make it so the flavor of the day is good but it isn't the only flavor. This doesn't mean power creep this means giving answers to problems and creating alternatives, not just another unbalanced skill that gets nerfed next month.
